You'll be able to see exactly what your DCP will cost as you choose the options you want. We won't charge your card until we receive your master and get to work.
It can be almost any professional video format. Most people send a ProRes 4444 QuickTime file, but uncompressed QuickTime, DPX, etc. will work great too. 5.1 audio is recommended (and required by some festivals), but we can also create stereo DCPs. You can deliver audio embedded in your video master, or as separate files.
You can ship us a hard drive or, if you're nearby, drop one off at our facility in Brooklyn. If your connection is fast enough, you can also upload your master.
When it's ready, we'll make the copies you've requested and ship them to you, along with the drive you sent us, if any. 2-day US shipping is free. We can also deliver DCPs via download link; just order your DCP without any media.
We'll retain your DCP, so we can create and ship/upload new copies whenever you need them without having to charge a new authoring fee. Just pay for the additional drives and shipping.
